Job Description is as follows: -
Number of positions: 2 to 3 (should have good experience US Staffing)

We are looking for dynamic recruiting professionals to help support our growing organization with talent acquisition of right consulting/full-time resources to meet our client needs.

The job function involves:
  1. Understanding job requisitions by interacting with sales people/account managers.
  2. Conducting detailed searches on various job-boards such as dice, monster, hotjobs etc.
  3. Shortlisting/matching profiles according to job specifications and verifying references.
  4. Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary/bill rates, closing on delivery issues.
  5. Negotiating employment terms/conditions, third party contract finalization, Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of all tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099 and C2H .
  6. Ensuring candidate delivery for placements.
  7. Identifying candidate non delivery signals in advance and taking counter measures.
  8. Resume logging in the CardinalTS internal database for future reference.
  9. Candidate network creation.
  10. Headhunting for specific jobs.
